Staff a Pathways Experience

We are always on the lookout for extraordinary staff to join our team in Israel. If you are based in or will be staying in Israel for an extended period and have excellent organizational skills, strong Jewish leadership experience, a solid background in Jewish programming, and a big heart, we invite you to considering applying to be an Israel Pathways staff member. We have two types of positions available: 
 

Program Director

Full time, senior-level position, responsible for overseeing program content, logistics and fluidity of program. Manages the program staff and hs overall responsibility for a track of Israel Pathways programs. 

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

Program Staff

Full time position (5 or 10 month opportunities), responsible for overseeing daily flow of the program and wellbeing of participants. Creates and attends all informal programming, coordinates daily logistics, travel days, and responds to challenges as they arise. Lives locally in the same community as participants. Is the point-person for participants and reports to the Program Director.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

    - Age 25 or above
    - Fluency in English and Hebrew
    - Strong leadership background
    - Experience working with young adults
