We have tried to make the process as easy as possible. Follow these few steps:
  1) Review and choose program Dates & Prices in advance
  2) Complete the Online Application (program selection, deposit payment, medical form, waiver form, etc.)
  3) Get interviewed to confirm your acceptance on the program
  4) Apply for Masa funding

Early Registration Discount

Sign-up now and save! Applicants who complete their Online Application at least 100 days before the program start date will automatically qualify for a $200 discount. Keep in mind that you can cancel and receive a refund on your program deposit up till 100 days before the program start date as well.  In other words, plan ahead -- you have virtually nothing to lose.

Application Deadlines

We strongly encourage everyone to complete their application no later than 100 days before the program start date. Doing so will qualify you for the early registration discount, and it will ensure that your Masa Funding is processed in time. To receive the $200 discount, you must submit the refundable $250 deposit at least 100 days before the program start date. More importantly, many Israel Pathways programs are limited in availability. The sooner you register, the sooner we can confirm your space on the program. Of course, we will always do our best to accommodate late registrations -- subject to availability.

No-Risk Registration Policy

All program payments are 100% fully refundable until 100 days prior to the start of the program. Participants who withdraw within 100 days of the program start date will be subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

• Cancellations within 100 days of the program start date: $250 fee
• Cancellations within 30 days of program start date: $1,000 fee
• Cancellations within 7 days of program start date or during program: No Refund

NOTE: The revised deadline to cancel without penalty for programs starting in February 2012 is November 30th, 2011.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Exceptions will be reviewed by Israel Pathways on a case-by-case basis and at Israel Pathway’s sole discretion. However, as a general rule, Israel Pathways recommends taking out an affordable Travel Guard travel insurance policy if you are concerned about cancellation risk.

Program Payment Schedule
• $250 refundable trip deposit due with registration (see below)
• Additional $750 due 60 days prior to the start date of the program
• Balance of program fees due 30 days prior to the start date of the program

Terms of Acceptance

Acceptance to the program is conditioned upon the receipt of a full application, a phone-based interview, receipt of program fees according to the payment schedule, and the applicant's physical and psychological ability to participate in all aspects of the program. Receipt of deposit and application forms does not guarantee acceptance to the program. Israel Pathways reserves the right to deny acceptance according to its own discretion. Finally, Israel Pathways also reserves the right to consolidate and/or cancel specific programs and/or trip dates according to its own discretion. Any such actions will be made at least 60 days prior to the program start date. In the event that a program is consolidated or cancelled, all program payments, including the application fee, will be refunded in full.

Method of Payment

All payments, including the deposit and all program costs, can be paid by credit card or personal check. If you choose to pay by credit card, a processing convenience fee will apply. If you pay by check or ACH payment (i.e. bank draft), no processing fees will apply. Please make all checks payable to "Authentic Israel." Program Waiver Form

All Israel Pathways participants must accept the terms of a program Statement of Understanding as a condition to participate. The form can be accepted online as part of the application process. We encourage you to review the text in advance.
